My busy life!

Well it’s that time of year again at Busch Gardens and we went for a few hours. Chay of course was petrified when the costumes came out. You would think at 10 years old she would stop that but nope not yet. I took a few photos but never could get the 3 kids to cooperate at the same time. The crowds were small. Sean & Chay only stood in line less then 10 minutes for Griffon. It was a very warm day. I guess Indian Summer is here. Had to see Jack show of course. We were at the pub and the irish singer just loved Cait. Didn’t take any photos will have to have the memories of that.

We went to Busch Gardens on Saturday. It was hot but pretty empty. Only 10 minute lines. Sean and Chay rode Griffon and only waited 10 minutes. We met up with the Odie family and rode some stuff with them. Emily and Cait are so funny together. I was hoping with Gabe there Connor would ride the Loch Ness. No such luck. We went to the magic show in Land of the Dragons. The whole family got called up. I missed Sean that is when Tracey had called. I did get photos of the rest of them. The plane photo didn’t come out very great. I just think it is so funny that I rode that same ride at the kids age.

Well we survived. I didn’t cry at all when he went to the bus. Am I a bad mommy?? We read his new book last night that I got him last week when I went to Richmond with the girls for lunch. I will post that photo later when Tana sends it! He said he liked the pizza at lunch. The lighting was so crappy with the morning light. Then it was so bright this afternoon. I went to lunch today with my mom, my MIL, Grandma Wortman and Caitlin. It was like me and all of Connor’s grandma’s celebrating his first day of school without him. Is that mean?? LOL I got some shots of him and his buddies at the bus stop too. Angel, Logan & Connor all started Kindergarten today. Angel lives 2 doors down and Logan is a few houses down the street. The bus stop was packed today. Wouldn’t it be funny in 11 years to have another photo of the boys on their first day of senior year together? Oh yeah I did make that sign for him. I used my new wishblade to cut it out. In case you are wondering it’s a cowboys font. Connor had to have cowboys font..LOL

 

I can’t believe my baby boy is in kindergarten. How time flies. IT feels like yesterday when he was born. He is such an independent boy. He can play almost every sport. He loves hockey and baseball. He played volleyball the other day for the first time he did a great job trying. I will post more photos of the bus but here are a few with his teachers and his room. We read his new book the night before kindergarten tonight. I cried during the book. I am in so much trouble on Tuesday.

We went to Gabe & Emily’s joint birthday party today. Gabe will be 7 soon and Emily will be 3 in about 30 minutes from now. I only took a few photos since Peg was the "official" photographer. There were so many kids there I lost count. Tracey had pizza & snacks. We had a great time. The kids had a blast playing together as usual. Hard to believe there is only 10 months between Cait and Emily. They are so cute together. I can’t wait to see them grow up together. Gabe and Connor are another thing. They just can’t take a good photo with the 2 of them one of them is always making a funny face.  Happy Birthday Kiddos!!
